Stovesse Anthracite is a natural smokeless fuel, mined directly from our local Welsh mines. It’s ideal for use in cookers, boilers. They would not be suitable for other closed appliances and is suitable for burning in smoke controlled areas.
Smaller than Anthracite Nuts, Anthracite Beans have a consistent size and produce very little tar when burning. This fuel is a highly dependable and reliable solid fuel, it provides a uniform flame at consistently high temperatures – creating an intense and long-lasting fire bed which is popular with those looking for efficient heat – and good value for money. Overall, a high-performance fuel which burns with a high heat and low flame and leaves little ash or tar residue behind.
Beans are the second smallest chippings available of this type of fuel.
We will do all the heavy lifting for you if required, into your coal bunker/space, as courtesy of J Harrison Fuels.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This open sack option is only available to customers with a coal bunker or coal storage space; as coal will be loose tipped upon delivery into your bunker/s. We will do all the heavy lifting for you, into your coal bunker as courtesy of J Harrison Fuels.
Please note that if you wish your coal to be left in bags then you should order prepacked smokeless fuel (20KG sealed bags) and not the open sack option.

Smokeless Coal (50KG Open Sack) deliveries are only available to Staffordshire, Cheshire and some postcodes within Shropshire & Derbyshire. Please view our delivery page as all ZONE 1 postcodes can order open sacks. If you don’t see your postcode and would like delivery to a postcode in ZONE 2, please call us to discuss your delivery options.
