We will contact you as soon as we recieve your order to discuss a delivery date, most deliverys we can usually complete within a few days. Standard delivery is within 10 working days unless otherwise stated within the product description. Deliveries are all day weekdays.
We will do our best to follow any delivery instructions supplied at the time of placing the order . Open Sack Coal will be emptied into a coal bunker or shed. Delivery to anywhere else on the property is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery. Please make sure access to your coal bunker is possible.
Please order PRE PACKED fuel if you do not have somewhere to tip the open sack coal.
